Joaquim Chissano University (UJC) was established by Decree no. 85/2018 of December 26, through the merger of the former Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) and Higher Institute of Public Administration (ISAP).
UJC combines education oriented to individual vocations and to national and international market needs, with a scientific basis aligned to Mozambique's development. For this reason, UJC creates value for society through talent and innovation across its Schools and Faculties. These academic units concentrate the richest aspirations and talents of its academic community.
